| Making Reservation | |
| To make reservation, visit or phone Iran air office, or contact your nearest travel agent. Please check ticket price and conditions . Please pay for your ticket before the cut-off date specified by the agent otherwise, your reservation may be cancelled. Please remember to give the agent your telephone number or address in case we need to advise you of changes to your flight schedule. |

| Stopover | |
| In most cases, you may break your journey with one or more stopovers, yet you still enjoy the lower through-fare. Please advise us of stopovers when you make your reservation. You are responsible for hotel arrangements and expenses at each stopover. Please make hotel reservation in advance to avoid any incidences. |

| Reconfirmation | |
Passengers flying with Iran Air are requested to reconfirm their bookings and timings of their flights with Iran Air offices or their own travel agent 72 HRS before flight departure. However, if your itinerary includes flights on other airlines, ask your travel agent if you need to reconfirm. If you want to change your travel plans or are unable to travel as ticketed, please contact your agent or Iran Air ticketing office. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of other bookings in your itinerary and other complications. |

| Cancellation, Refunds and Lost Tickets | |
| Fees For cancellations, refunds and lost tickets may apply in some cases. Please check with the Iran Air or your Travel agent for details. Iran Air reserves the right to make refunds only to the person who originally paid for the ticket. |

| To ensure that your flight departs on time, please report at the airport on time. Depending on where you are, you may check-in for your international flights (Tehran Imam Khomaini) from 3 hours before the departure and your domestic flights (All Airports) from 1.30 hours before departure. | Check-In Baggage | |
To provide optimum services to our customers as of December 21, 2009 for departures as of Jaunary 1, 2010 Iran Air has introduced baggage allowances depending on the class of reservation : N & M - class 35 Kg / Q & V & Y - class 40 Kg / I - class 45 Kg / C - class 50 Kg. Different baggage regulation as shown above apply if you are traveling to/from Canada /USA: Please do not hesitate to ask for information when you book your flight. Please note that it is always useful to stick identification tags or labels onto your baggage. It is also important to ensure that you do not pack any medication, travel documents or valuable items in your checked baggage. |

| Luggage Restrictions | |
| For safety reasons the following types of restricted articles must not be carried in your baggage. Brief cases with alarm devices, compressed gases flammable, non-flammable and poisonous), corrosive (acids, alkalis, wet cell batteries), etiologic agents (bacteria, viruses, etc.) magnetized materials, mercury, oxidizing and radioactive materials. Medicines and toiletries in limited quantities may be carried in checked or cabin baggage. Articles such as pocket knives, letter openers, scissors, toy guns, etc. are not allowed in the aircraft cabin and should be packed into your checked baggage. |

| Use of Personal Electronic devices | |
Electronic devices-such as radios, television, electronic printers, cellular telephones and all transmitting units (including toys with remote control) can interfere with aircraft navigation equipment . We ask that you refrain from using them throughout your flight. With the exception of hearing aids and heart pacemakers, the use of voice recorders, video cameras, computer games, note books, electric razors, CD/cassette players are not permitted when the seat belt sign is "ON" during take -off and landing periods. |
